Just to keep things smooth
I understand that you may need to cancel your lesson sometimes for various reasons. In this instance please inform me as soon as you can so that I can plan around your absence or organise an alternate time in the week to reschedule your lesson. Lessons cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the allotted time. In the case of cancellation beyond this point, the lesson fee must be paid in full.
If cancellations occur on a regular basis I may cancel your lessons indefinitely and give your slot to someone who will be able to attend regularly.
Payment for Home Tuition is usually required at the end of your lesson. Skype Lessons and Gift Vouchers must be paid for in advance.
Payment is normally settled with cash, although I do also accept PayPal, Cheques, or Bank Transfer.
If you become a regular, you may find it easier to set up a standing order (cancellable at any time). If you are interested let me know and we can discuss this during your lesson.
3. ARRIVAL TIME
I understand that in some instances lessons cannot be made on time. If your lesson is scheduled at my place and you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate your time. If you do expect to be late then please let me know your ETA.
Equally if you are expecting me at your home, please understand that on the odd occasion I may not make it on time due to unpredictable traffic or hold backs. Please always allow up to 15 minutes after your scheduled lesson time for me to arrive. If I predict that I’ll arrive any later than 15 minutes after your booking time, I’ll let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to wait patiently, reschedule, or cancel your lesson. In the unlikely event that I do arrive late, you will still receive your full time period of tuition.
I still work through all of the public holidays, although on the odd occasion I will take a break and have a holiday myself. These dates will be mentioned to you before they occur.
